陳笑艷

陳笑艷, 女 1994 年畢業於瀋陽藥科大學, 1999 年獲得瀋陽藥科大學藥物分析學博士學位。現任中國科學院上海藥物研究所教授、博士研究生導師、藥物代謝研究中心課題組長。

人物簡介

長期從事藥物代謝藥物動力學領域的研究。 在藥物動力學研究新方法開發方面做出卓越的貢獻,建立了200多種藥物及代謝產物的生物樣品分析方法,其中有70餘種新分析方法發表在國內外學術期刊。 在反應性代謝產物與藥物毒性關係的研究中,發現了異喹啉類生物鹼由CYP450酶催化的反應性代謝中間體與其肝、肺毒性有關;證明了魚腥草素分子結構中的酮醛基可快速與血清白蛋白等發生共價結合,這一共價結合過程可能導致了藥物的過敏反應。 在手性藥物立體選藥動學研究方面,證明了多沙唑嗪、普羅帕酮和亞葉酸等藥物在人體內的立體選擇性藥動學,主要與對映體代謝途徑和代謝速率差異直接相關;昂當司瓊立體選擇性藥動學主要與對映體血漿蛋白結合差異有關。
