製法:
1、將豬尾洗淨去毛,切段,放入熱水中,高功率5分鐘後取出沖洗。
2、將色拉油3大匙高功率3分鐘後,放入蔥段、姜、乾紅椒,高功率1分鐘後,放入豬尾、醬油、白糖、
味素、八角、甘草和上湯半杯,高功率30分鐘。
3、取出排盤,淋上湯汁即可。
