A group of miscreant doctors have been sentenced to prison at the hospital they destroyed. Each physician crazier than the other, they may be topped by the physically handicapped warden and guards who oversee them. Political correctness ignored, this madcap movie sets a new standard (or lack thereof) for film comedy.
