研究方向

小麥基因組學、生物信息學、表觀遺傳學方向。
主要以小麥為研究對象,結合生物信息學、基因組學、表觀遺傳學的手段,開展一系列原創性研鞏承員棗究。目前的主要研究包括三個方向:(1)結合辣夜霸小麥多組學數據進行研究,利用生物信息學分析工具對奔烏糠祝基因組、轉錄組、甲基化組數據進行整合分析,回答小麥的多倍體進化、基因互作網腿盼絡、表觀遺傳調控等方面問題;(2)針對小麥的複雜基因組特徵廈腿府,設計和開發生物信息學計算工具,或搭建數據可視化平台,旨在提高小麥多組學研究效率;(3)結合算法和統計學,為多倍體進化、複雜調控網路、DNA甲基化等研究問題設計新的生物信息學研究方法。
