邱翔,男,1978年11月生,漢族,籍貫山東莒南,全日制博士研究生,工學博士,教授,2007年1月參加工作,2006年3月加入中國共產黨。

現任上海套用技術大學發展規劃處處長,機械工程學院教授,博士生導師(兼職)。
