項目摘要
本研究工作試圖採用各種超微電極、掃描電化學顯微鏡(SECM)、掃描離子電導顯微鏡(SICM)、原子力顯微鏡(AFM)、光學顯微鏡等探討軟界面上分子相互作用和成像分析。軟界面是一個定義較寬的概念,在此我們主要研究液/液界面和液/膜(活細胞)界面。探討這些界面上各種分子之間的相互作用,特別是人工合成抗體-核酸適配體(Aptamers)與各種生物分子的特異性相互作用,發展高選擇性、高靈敏度的分析化學方法和技術。基於這些特異性相互作用,在微米到納米到分子尺度上進行和實現高通量分析-圖像分析。力圖了解不同液/液界面的厚度、活細胞膜上信號的獲取、受體配體對於活細胞的作用機理等。
