由於起跳過多，距骨頸部應力過大所致的骨折。多有踝周圍瀰漫性酸痛、發軟，距骨頸部壓痛，跗骨竇及踝後凹壓痛。X線片可見距骨頸部由上向後下延伸的不規則骨折線。
