人物經歷

2002年本科畢業於北京大學基礎醫學系;2007年獲北京大學免疫學博士學位;之後前往美國愛荷華大學微生物與免疫學系深造;2015年入選中組部青年人才項目,並全職加入廣州醫科大學附屬第一醫院/廣州呼吸健康研究院/呼吸疾病國家重點實驗室工作。

主要成就

長期從事人類新發突發呼吸系統傳染病致病機制及相關預防、治療方法研究。迄今在Cell、Lancet Infect Dis、Immunity、Sci Immunol、J Clin Invest、J Exp Med、Euro Res J、Signal Transduct Target Ther、ASC Nano、Genome Med、PNAS、Plos Pathog、J Virol等雜誌共發表SCI論文近100篇。作為牽頭人先後主持國家重點研發計畫、國家自然科學基金重大研究計畫、國際(地區)合作與交流項目等。

研究工作

1、首次闡明MERS病毒感染人體後誘導特異性T細胞免疫應答特徵
2、中國首例中東呼吸綜合徵冠狀病毒ChinaGD01毒株成功分離
3、MERS、SARS和甲型流感致病及肺損傷機制研究
4、MERS小鼠動套寒物模型構建和應急救治抗體研發
