趙紅濤，男，1978年9月生。 2001年、2004年、2007年在河北師範大學數學與信息科學學院分別獲得數學教育學士、套用數學碩士、基礎數學博士學位。2007年7月入職華北電力大學數理學院，2010年被聘為碩士生導師，2011年被聘為副教授。曾任信息與計算科學教研室黨支部書記、副主任，現擔任數理學院副院長。
