賈根鎖，1966年2月生，研究員，2005年中國科學院"百人計畫-引進國外傑出人才"。1987年畢業於內蒙古大學生物系生態學專業， 1990年獲得北京師範大學地理學系碩士學位，1996年於北京師範大學獲得環境演變方向博士學位。1999年初起在美國維吉尼亞大學(University of Virginia)從事博士後研究工作，2002年初起先後受聘為美國科羅拉多州立大學(Colorado State University) Research Scientist和美國維吉尼亞大學(University of Virginia)研究助理教授，從事教學和研究工作。自2005年9月起在中國科學院大氣物理研究所任研究員。從事的研究領域包括生態系統動態，植被過程-大氣環境相互作用，土地覆蓋土地利用變化，以及氣候變化的影響和適應等。碳循環的超光譜遙感套用研究等。
