本案例集選取了作者團隊近年來入庫清華經管學院中國工商管理案例中心的16篇與組織管理創新的實踐案例,擬將本書分為“邊界突圍”“運作最佳化”“結構張力”以及“韌性組織”四個篇章,分別闡述企業“如何尋找發展機會”“如何最佳化內外部運作管理”“如何培養員工以達到結構化張力”以及“如何打造韌性組織”四個與企業管理有關的核心問題。
作者簡介
王崇鋒,男,博士,青島大學商學院教授,特聘教授,商學院管理案例研究中心主任。主要研究興趣為創新網路、教學案例、市場行銷等。主持國家社科基金、國家軟科學項目等課題;近年來,多篇案例被中國工商管理案例庫、中國專業學位教學案例中心、中國工商管理國際案例庫、中國管理案例共享中心收錄。
劉欣榮,女,碩士,青島大學商學院管理案例研究中心研究員,近年撰寫及參與團隊教學案例30餘篇。現任職於安永華明會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)青島分所審計與鑑證部。
