譚振華，男，1980年生於湖南，博士，教授。2003年獲東北大學計算機科學與技術學士學位，分別於2006年、2009年獲東北大學計算機系統結構專業工學碩士、工學博士學位。主講離散數學等課程。主要研究方向為分散式信任計算、分散式秘密共享算法，主持教育部博士點基金、中國博士後科研基金、教育部基礎科研業務費項目等縱向課題多項，獲得3項美國專利授權、1項中國專利授權3，發表SCI、EI論文30餘篇；獲得遼寧省教學成果獎一項。
