個人經歷

譚建成,教授,電氣學院首批兩名博導之一,電力系統及其自動化研究方向學科帶頭人。
海外工作學習二十年有餘, 在世界著名電力設備廠家Alstom、AREVA工作數年,為著名的電磁暫態仿真程式PSCAD/EMTDC開發了繼電保護庫。曾任加拿大電科院首席工程師/科學家。參與/主持了許多國際大型工業研究項目。最近全職回校任教。
學術兼職 國際電工標準IEC TC57 WG10,19 工作組成員。
最早參與國際智慧型電網標準IEC61850制定工作的中國學者。
國際大電網繼電保護工作組CIGREB5-10,B5-32成員。
IEEE繼電保護專委會成員。
加拿大國家標準局Advisory Member (TC57)

歸國前, 主持參與了系列國際工程及研究項目,取得了較多的研究成果。
是國際知名的廣域保護與控制、智慧型變電站技術、繼電保護等領域電力專家。

學術成果

已取得的國際一流成果如下:
(1)創建了第一個基於IEC61850 技術的智慧型變電站實時全景測試平台。
(2)提出了世界上第一個模組化預裝組合式智慧型變電站建設方案。
(3)建立了國際第一家獨立第三方IEC61850互操作性測試實驗室KINECTRICS IEC61850 Interoperability Testing Lab。
(4)攥寫並執教了智慧型變電站技術與套用實驗教程。
(5 ) 為世界著名的大型暫態仿真程式PSCAD/EMTDC 開發了基於時域的保護庫,在國內外廣泛套用至今。
(6)在國際上首次提出了具有高選擇性高可靠性的廣域後備保護理論。
