人物簡介

謝二慶
謝二慶,男,1963.10齣生。1995年蘭州大學凝聚態物理博士研究生畢業並留校工作,先後被蘭州大學物理科學與技術學院材料科學系聘為副教授、碩士生導師、教授、博士生導師。1995-1996年日本文部省COE(Center Of Excellence)成員,日本國立無機材料研究所客員研究員。1998-1999年加拿大曼尼托巴大學訪問學者。2002年英國曼徹斯特理工大學訪問學者。2001年獲得教育部優秀青年資助計畫。2004年入選“教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”。此外,榮獲甘肅省科技進步獎3次。

研究方向

1. 慣性約束聚變及相關薄膜; 2. 太陽能套用關鍵材料及薄膜技術; 3. 發光顯示薄膜技術; 4. 超硬薄膜的製備(類金剛石、SiC,SiCN,C3N4,BN等);5. 碳富勒烯薄膜。 6. 功能納米材料的製備和研究

已完成本人主持的國家自然基金二項: (1)國家自然科學基金:2002.1-2004.12:納米稀土矽基光電子材料的製備及性能研究; (2)國家自然科學基金:1999.1-2001.12:稀土矽化物的固相外延及其物性研究。
