研究方向
1、生物質燃料的層流燃燒特性
生物質能作為一種可再生能源,可以通過快速熱裂解、催化轉化、蒸餾提質等過程轉化為內燃機可用的液體燃料,從而緩解機動車的增加對環境和資源帶來的巨大壓力。層流燃燒速度是任何可燃混合物的一個基本性質,包含了燃燒過程中燃料反應性、擴散性和放熱性的重要信息,在基礎研究方面可用於燃料燃燒化學反應動力學機理驗證和湍流火焰燃燒速度的仿真等;在實際套用方面,它影響內燃機的燃料燃燒速度和發動機性能與排放。定容燃燒彈法作為一種能夠測量層流燃燒速度的方法,結構簡單,數據處理方便,初始條件易於控制,火焰拉伸定義明確,所需燃料較少,因此被廣泛套用於燃料燃燒特性的研究。
2、高溫高背壓下的噴霧特性研究
利用點火模組將預先充入在定容燃燒彈內的預混可燃氣體點燃,在定容彈內產生高溫高壓的環境以模擬柴油機壓縮上止點附近缸內高溫、高壓的環境,在定容彈壓力下降到設定值時,控制單元控制噴油器將高壓燃油噴入定容彈內,燃油在定容燃燒彈內迅速霧化並被壓燃,利用紋影成像系統同步記錄燃油壓燃燃燒火焰傳播過程,結合雷射診斷技術研究不同液體燃料的噴霧擴散燃燒特性。
3、可視化單缸機研究
燃燒過程是內燃機整個工作循環的核心,直接影響內燃機的動力性、經濟性和排放指標。可視化單缸機研究是研究其燃燒過程最先進、最有效的試驗手段之一,可以系統深入地了解發動機不同工作狀態下燃燒發生、發展的特徵規律。
可視化單缸機通過對傳統的單缸機進行改造設計,在單缸機壁面安裝了透明玻璃。藉助高速攝像機和計算機同步記錄燃料燃燒圖像,溫度和壓力曲線,對缸內燃燒的各個方面進行研究,以便更好地了解燃燒過程,改進燃燒策略。
人物經歷
1996年加入浙江大學前,曾在濟南汽車製造廠工作五年,有豐富的工業實踐經驗。近年來,作為項目負責人和主要參與者承擔國家自然基金項目兩項,省部級項目五項,973子項目一項,杭州市科委項目一項。在國內外期刊和會議上發表論文120餘篇。擔任《燃燒理論》、《汽車動力學》、《車身結構設計》等本科及研究生課程的主講教師。
