衛瀟,男,1988年11月5日生,陝西延安人,工學博士,博士後,長安大學水利與環境學院副教授、博士生導師,環境工程系副主任,入選長安大學“長安學者”人才支持計畫青年學術骨幹,秦嶺生態環境保護青年學者。
