博士生導師。2001年畢業於
中國農業大學生物學院,獲理學
博士學位。2001年8月起先後中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所,德國Fraunhofer Institute for Molecular biology and Applied Ecology ,the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology, RWTH Aachen 大學,The State Agricultural Biotechnology Centre (S.A.B.C),Murdoch University, Western Australia 及Institute of Plant and Microbial biology, Academia Sinica, Taipei從事博士後研究。2012年9月起,受聘中國科學院南京土壤研究所研究員。2012年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”(引進國外傑出人才)。長期從事植物營養的蛋白組學,分子生物學和系統生物學的研究,相繼在Mol Cell Proteomics(2012)、Plant Physiology(2011, 2012)、Mol Plant Microbe Interact(2010)和BMC Plant Biol(2010)等權威學術期刊上發表了研究論文。目前工作的重點,致力於在前期研究成果的基礎上,運用蛋白組學和轉錄組學等系統生物學技術手段,研究植物高效吸收與運輸營養物質的分子機制。
研究領域
主要研究方向是從分子水平探討植物是如何回響和適應環境逆境的(特別是礦質營養潰乏,如缺磷,缺鐵和缺錳等)。擬採用蛋白組學及基於新一代測序的轉錄組學和生物信息學等系統生物學的技術和方法解析植物應答環境逆境的分子調控網路,並結合植物生理和分子生物學,生物化學,遺傳學等對網路中的節點進行基因功能驗證,為最終通過分子設計培育礦質營養高效吸收利用的作物新品種提供理論指導和基因資源。
