摘要 | 從 陝西省武功縣的土壤中分離到二株鏈黴菌, 編號為 78-113和78-118. 其氣生菌絲體分別為淡藍及淺灰藍, 基 內菌絲體為藍色和棕色. 螺旋形孢子絲隨著培養過程逐漸 盤捲成球形或亞球形的團狀體, 未觀察到硬的孢囊壁, 類 似假孢囊, 盤卷的分生孢子鏈清晰可見. 經鑑定, 認為是 鏈黴菌屬的兩個新種, 命名為藍色假孢囊鏈黴菌 (Streptomyces cyaneo-pseudosporangius n. sp.) 和微 藍灰假孢囊鏈黴菌 (Streptomyces plumbeo-pseudosporangius n. sp.). |
Abstract | A strain of Streptomyces culture No. 3216 was isolated from mud samples of Birdsisland. Studies of morphology, cultural characteristics andphysiological properties as well as antimicrobial spectrum showed that this strain is a new speceis of Streptomyces cyaneus group and namedStreptomyces birdsislandensis n. sp. |
