光電子學與光子學。

研究方向

從事IIIV族和矽基光子集成器件的研究,主要圍繞未來光電集成系統中的關鍵光電材料、器件及其集成子系統開展研究。未來的光電集成系統最為重要的一個特點就是:其功能的豐富性無法用單一種類的材料實現,而必須異質集成多種材料,發揮各自特長才能實現。重點開展用於高速光通信網路,光互聯以及量子信息系統的關鍵元器件,光電混合集成晶片以及集成量子光學晶片的研究。
