研究方向
系統發育基因組學:通過核基因組測定,開發大量核基因或者SNP數據及葉綠體基因組數據,重建物種間的系統發育關係;了解物種分化的時間和物種形成過程,揭示遺傳分化、雜交和網狀進化等在物種形成過程中的作用與意義。
進化生態學:以大尺度的系統發育重建為基礎以重要木本植物類群為研究對象進行物種分布格局研究,重點探討現存植物類群的地理/物種分布格局如何形成。
分子生態學:以珍稀瀕危植物為研究對象,以群體遺傳學為基礎,闡明複雜的植物地理過程、適應性演化過程的機制和珍稀瀕危植物的瀕危遺傳機制。
