血熱瘀滯，以肛緣腫物突起，腫痛劇烈難忍，肛門墜脹疼痛，局部可觸及硬性結節，其色暗紫，伴便秘，口渴，煩熱，舌質紫，舌苔淡黃，脈弦澀為常見症的葡萄痔證候。
