研究方向

(3)地球早期環境和生命的演化過程。
通過古生物和地球化學等手段的結合,重點探討地球早期環境(包括大氣氧含量、溫度及古海洋化學等)和生物(主要是地質微生物)的組成及隨時間演化特徵。
(2)地質微生物對環境的影響。主要結合實驗室微生物的培養,探討一下關鍵地質環境條件下微生物的代謝對環境的改造特徵。
(1)關鍵地質時期生物地球化學循環。重點探討關鍵地質時期(如生物大滅絕期)與生物代謝密切相關的元素循環特徵。
