內容簡介

為了反映過去20多年的諸多變遷,《組織管理心理學(第二版)》在版的基礎上在多方面進行了修訂。致力於反映現實管理中的客觀現象和需求,以及相關的理論知識和應對方法。內容涉及激勵理論、群體與團隊、溝通、決策、領導力、衝突與壓力以及組織變革與發展等。為了適應教學和多元化讀者的需求,本版修訂由原來的14 章擴充為20 章,結構做了重大調整,以體現內容的豐富性和前後邏輯關聯。在形式上,本版在保持原有風格的基礎上,將原有的“專欄”拓展為四類:“大師風采”“實踐專欄”“學術專欄”“案例剖析”,既體現了前輩學者們的智慧貢獻,也解讀了現實實踐中的知識套用,同時使讀者有更豐富多樣的閱讀體驗。為了方便讀者及時總結每章的內容,在每章後面安排了“本章知識要點”,此外每章後都提供了2 到3 個思考題,以供讀者回顧、運用本章知識,並儘可能活學活用。《組織管理心理學(第二版)》不僅可以作為大學的管理心理學以及工商管理學科的課程教材,也可用於各類組織、企業的培訓教材,或者也可作為人們自修職場管理中的心理學知識的讀物。
