個人簡介
2001年9月至2009年12月在南京工業大學本碩博連讀,先後獲得生物工程學士和生物化工博士學位,博士論文獲全國百篇優秀博士論文提名獎。留校工作後承擔生物化工領域的教學和科研工作,歷任講師(2010)、副教授(2012)、教授(2018)、博士生導師(2019),先後獲得霍英東教育基金會青年教師獎、侯德榜化工科技青年獎等獎勵,並先後入選江蘇省“333工程”中青年科技帶頭人、江蘇省“六大人才高峰”高層次人才等。2016年8月-2017年8月受國家留學基金委資助在瑞典查爾姆斯理工大學Jens Nielsen教授領導的系統與合成生物學實驗室從事訪問研究。
2020年4月,獲英國皇家學會“牛頓高級學者基金”(Newton Advanced Fellowship)人才項目資助。
研究方向
研究方向為代謝工程與合成生物技術指導的生物製造過程,圍繞著絲狀真菌和非常規酵母兩類重要的工業微生物,通過改造或從頭設計微生物細胞的代謝途徑,實現功能性微生物代謝產物的先進生物製造,進一步通過設計新工藝及新型生物反應器,實現生物製造過程的強化及放大,研究成果獲得了國家技術發明二等獎等獎勵。
研究成果
先後作為項目負責人,主持國家自然科學基金項目4項(優青1項、面上2項、青年1項)、863重大項目課題、973項目子課題、國家重點研發項目子課題各1項,以及江蘇省自然科學基金、中國石化科技開發項目等多項省部級課題。在生物化工主流期刊Trends in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Advances, ACS Synthetic Biology, Biotechnology and Bioengineering, AIChE Journal, Chemical Engineering Science等以第一/通訊作者發表SCI收錄論文60餘篇,被Chemical Reviews、PNAS等他引2500餘次,並受邀主編出版譯著1部,參編教育部規劃教材1部,參編Springer和Wiley出版社英文著作3部。
