管長龍

管長龍，男，現任中國海洋大學海洋與大氣學院院長、教授。曾任國際船舶與海洋工程大會（ISSC）環境委員會委員，兼任國家海洋局海洋災害預報技術研究重點實驗室學術委員會副主任、教育部應急管理諮詢專家組（自然災害領域）成員、中國海洋工程學會理事等。
