第二屆黃河國際論壇論文集

黃河國際論壇是水利界從事流域管理、水利工程研究與管理工作的科學工作者的盛會,為他們提供了交流和探索流域管理和水科學的良好機會。2003年10月21日,黃河水利委員會在中國鄭州成功地舉辦了首屆黃河國際論壇。會議共有32個國家和地區的350多位專家學者出席,收到論文258篇,出版了五冊論文集。
