工作經歷

2011年2月獲得英國愛丁堡大學博士學位,其間成功合成了具有保護及促進神經細胞生長顯著生物活性的倍半萜類天然產物Merrilactone A 和Anislactone A&B,其中Anislactone A&B是國際首次全合成。同年獲得默克研究基金資助,加入美國頂級生物醫學化學研究所The Scripps Research Institute(斯克利普斯研究所)天然產物全合成大師K. C. Nicolaou教授(美國國家科學院和美國藝術與科學院院士)課題組從事博士後研究,成功合成了Myceliothermophins、Otermycin和Dioporthichalasin等具有抗腫瘤活性的聚酮類天然產物,此研究可望為創新抗癌藥物研發提供先導化合物,同時參與了廣譜抗菌素CJ-16,264的國際首次全合成。
長期致力於有機合成方法學和複雜天然產物的全合成研究,迄今為止在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Chemistry - A European Journal等國際知名雜誌上共發表學術論文十多篇。其中,1篇被Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.選為熱點論文HOT PAPER,2 篇被Thieme旗下著名評論期刊Synfacts選為亮點重點推介,他引總數400於次,其中單篇他引超過50次的有3篇。為Strategies and Tactics in Organic Synthesis叢書(Elsevier,2013)撰寫章節一篇,其研究工作多次被化學領域頂級雜誌期刊引用並專題評述,研究成果得到了相關領域學術界的關注並產生了一定的影響力。
