盧榮華,博士(後),碩士生導師,教授。西北農林科技大學理學博士,華中農業大學水產養殖博士後。

主要承擔本科生、碩士和博士研究生的《魚類營養學》、《水產動物飼料學》以及《水產動物營養與飼料學研究進展》等理論及實驗課程的教學工作。近年來曾在《Aquaculture》《General and Comparative Endocrinology》《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》《Molecular Biology Reports》《Reproduction in Domestic Animals》《Cryobiology》《Fish and shellfish immunology》、《水產學報》《生物化學與分子生物學報》、《中國水產科學》和《生物工程學報》等期刊發表研究論文四十餘篇。

主要研究領域是水產動物營養與飼料科學。主要研究方向:
1、淡水魚類脂質代謝的調控:通過營養學手段調控淡水養殖魚類脂質代謝,改善養殖魚類品質,提高魚類免疫力;
2、實用飼料原料開發:脂肪及蛋白源飼料原料資源評價、環保型飼料開發。
