盧新衛

盧新衛，男，1968年6月生。中共黨員，陝西師範大學旅遊與環境學院副院長，教授，博士生導師。

中國自然資源學會乾旱半乾旱區研究專業委員會副主任。長期以來從事地球化學、環境地球化學、環境科學方面的教學科研工作，參加完成國家、中科院、省部級科研項目5項，主持完成中國博士後科學基金、陝西省自然科學基金、校重點科研項目各1項，主持完成校教學改革項目5項。正在承擔國家社會科學基金、國家自然科學基金（主要參加）、教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫和陝西省自然科學基金項目各1項。

經歷

1999年於南京大學獲理學博士學位；

2001年7月中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所博士後出站。

2005年破格晉升為教授，併入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”；

2006年增列為區域環境學專業博士生導師；

2008-2009年在加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學（UBC）做訪問學者。。
