盧一新（Yixin Lu），新加坡國家科學院院士，新加坡國立大學教授、化學系系主任。

盧一新於2000年獲得加拿大麥吉爾大學博士學位；2003年9月任教於新加坡國立大學化學系；2014年晉升為教授。

盧一新主要研究領域為有機催化、金屬催化、光催化以及可持續化學等。

盧一新主要從事不對稱催化以及抗癌藥物的研究，率先在國際上進行胺基酸衍生的雙官能團、多官能團催化劑的研究及其拓展其在不對稱合成中的套用。
