白吉剛,男,山東平陰縣人。博士,副教授,碩士生導師。1999年6月獲華中農業大學碩士學位,2002年6月獲西南農業大學蔬菜學博士學位,2002年在山東農業大學生命科學學院工作。近年來參加和主持承擔了國家自然科學基金、國家轉基因植物研究專項等多項課題。在《Physiologia Plantarum》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Journal of Plant Physiology》、《Journal of Plant Growth Regulation》、《Acta Physiologiae Plantarum》、《Biologia Plantarum》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《園藝學報》、《中國農業科學》、《植物生理與分子生物學學報》等國內外學術刊物上發表論文35篇,在山東友誼出版社和Studium Press(India)等出版社出版圖書2冊,申請國家專利2項。

個人簡介
白吉剛,1999年獲華中農業大學碩士學位,2002年獲西南農業大學蔬菜學博士學位,2002年在山東農業大學生命科學學院工作。為生物化學與分子生物學國家教學團隊骨幹成員、作物生物學國家重點實驗室學術骨幹、泰山學者科研團隊學術骨幹。近年來參加和主持承擔了國家自然科學基金、國家轉基因植物研究專項、山東省自然科學基金等多項課題。在《Plant and Soil》、《Physiologia Plantarum》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Journal of Plant Physiology》、《Journal of Plant Growth Regulation》、《Acta Physiologiae Plantarum》、《Biologia Plantarum》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《園藝學報》、《中國農業科學》、《植物生理與分子生物學學報》等國內外學術刊物發表論文40餘篇,在山東友誼出版社和Studium Press(India)等出版社出版圖書2冊,獲得國家專利1項。
教學課程
研究方向
1. 黃瓜連作障礙與根際微生態:針對連作障礙這一生產問題,以黃瓜為實驗材料,研究根際微生態,分析造成連作障礙的原因;配製微生物菌製劑,進行連作障礙的生物修復。
2. 黃瓜抗性生理與分子生物學:從形態結構、生理生化、蛋白質組學以及表觀遺傳學等不同角度研究低溫、高溫、乾旱、鹽等逆境脅迫對黃瓜的影響;基於DNA甲基化,克隆並分析與黃瓜抗逆相關的重要功能基因;選育抗逆的黃瓜材料。
3. 轉基因生物安全評價共性技術: 研究轉基因生物的環境安全性,建立分析轉基因植物非預期毒性和非預期致敏性的共性技術。華蜜蜂抗病抗逆分子生物學。
