田利輝，金融學教授（博導）和執業律師，南開大學金融發展研究院負責人，融通基金等公司獨立董事，並任教授課於長江商學院、北京大學等著名高校。他是倫敦商學院金融學博士，密西根大學經濟學博士後，並且曾於1997 年獲得中國律師執業資格。他曾任美國國際金融管理協會學術組織委員會成員，香港政府大學資助委員會項目專家顧問，倫敦商學院的客座研究員，中國《財經》雜誌客座研究員，為英國科學院訪問研究員，曾主持韓國Herald Business （韓主要經濟日報之一）“Tian's Talk on China”專欄。他曾獲得了“北京大學最受MBA 學生喜愛的老師”稱號和“南開大學十大良師益友獎”。2007-2012 年連年入選美國出版的《世界名人錄》(Marquis Who's Who around the World)。
