工作經歷
王琛:博導、二級教授。1993年獲
北京農業大學學士學位,1998年獲中科院上海生物化學研究所博士學位,1998年至2002年在美國德克薩斯西南醫學中心(UT Southwestern Medical Center)進行博士後訓練。2002年至2016年在中科院上海生命科學研究院生化與細胞所任課題組長、博導。曾擔任中科院分子細胞生物學重點實驗室副主任,生化與細胞所學術委員、民盟中科院上海分院副主委、上海市第十三、十四屆人大代表,第十一屆全國青年委員。2016年5月起任
中國藥科大學生命科學與技術學院教授、博導、院長。
主要成就
曾獲得科技部“973”和“863”項目,國家基金委“傑出青年基金”、“重點項目”、“中加國際合作項目”、“創新研究群體”、“面上項目”、中科院“百人計畫”、“分子細胞卓越中心”等支持。兼任Chemistry of Life、Chinese Journal of Cell Biology、Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica等期刊編委。
研究工作
綜合運用分子細胞生物學、免疫學和疾病動物模型,聚焦在發現並解析宿主
模式識別受體的特異性識別(TLRs、RLRs、cGAS-STING)、細胞信號轉導關鍵通路(NF-kB、IRF3)的組成與動態變化、早期免疫應答反應的時空特性,闡釋固有免疫與急性炎症相關的分子調控機制。特別關注泛素與類泛素化修飾(Ub、SUMO、ISG15、NEED8)調控固有免疫和炎症的新功能與新機制,並從天然小分子化合物庫中篩選並研究調控相關通路的
先導化合物。以第一或通訊作者在Nature、Cell,Immunity、Nature Immunology、Journal of Cell Biology、PLOS Pathogens, Cell Research、Development、Journal of Immunology、Molecular and Cellular Biology、Molecular Biology of the Cell、Journal of Virology,Immunology、Cytokine & Growth Factors Review等雜誌發表論文50餘篇。
