2000.1-2004.12:中國科學院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所新研究員,博士導師
2006.1-至今:中國科學院成都山地災害與環境研究所,研究員,博士導師
承擔科研
先後共主持5項國家自然科學基金項目,其中重點基金項目1項,傑出青年基金1項;主持承擔國家重大基礎研究計畫(973)項目課題2項,主持承擔4項中國科學院知識創新重大方向項目。參與國家攻關計畫、國家支撐計畫、國家973計畫項目以及中科院重大項目等6項。
科研成果與學術榮譽
第一完成人獲得省部級科技進步和自然科學獎5項,其中一等獎1項、二等獎2項;獲得2009年度國際水環境聯盟(WEF)McKee獎。
1999年以來,在國內外主流學術刊物發表學術論文160餘篇,其中國際SCI檢索刊物發表論文40餘篇,EI檢索24篇,出版專著3部。
