潘世烈

潘世烈，男，1973年10月生，研究員（自然科學），博士生導師。為中國科學院“引進國外傑出人才”（“百人計畫”）獲得者。

2015年1月，潘世烈任自治區歸國華僑聯合會兼職副主席。

2002年7月於中國科學技術大學獲理學博士學位，中國科學院“引進國外傑出人才”（“百人計畫”）獲得者。

2002年獲得中國科學技術大學博士學位。

2004年中國科學院理化所博士後出站後，獲美國國家自然科學基金資助到美國西北大學化學系做博士後。

2007年6月招聘回國到中國科學院新疆理化技術研究所工作。

2015年1月起任自治區歸國華僑聯合會兼職副主席。

目前狀況

目前主持國家自然科學基金，中國科學院“引進國外傑出人才” （百人計畫）擇優支持基金、中國科學院“西部之光”基金、新疆自治區“高技術研究發展計畫”基金、中國科學院國防創新基金等多項科研項目。先後在J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Chem. Mater.; Inorg. Chem; Crystal Growth & Design等國際著名刊物上發表論文三十餘篇，申請美國發明專利一項，申請中國發明專利十項。

目前主要從事方向：無機光電功能材料的研究，包括非線性光學材料、壓電材料、鐵電材料和磁性材料的合成、結構和性能的研究。
