摘要從浙江省天目山的竹林土壤中分離到一 株產生胞內殺蟲抗菌素的鏈黴菌S-26. 經鑑定， 它與已知 的淺灰鏈黴菌 (Streptomyces griseolus Wakaman, 1923)相似， 但某些培養特徵和生理生化特性又有顯著不 同， 定名為淺灰鏈黴菌杭州變種 (Streptomyces griselolus var. hangzhouensis n. var. Yan et Fang 1978) .

AbstractIn the course of screening for new antibiotic insecticides, a strain of Streptomyces 26 was isolated from a soil sample collected from the Tianmu Mountains in Zhejiang Province in 1972.Streptomyces strain 26 was found to produce aphicidin, a new substance insecticide. The biological characters of this strain were examined, and it was foundthat the strain was similar to Streptomyces griseolus(Waksman, 1923) except certain physiological and biochemical reactions. It is, therefore, considered to be a new variety ofStreptomyces griseolus and designated as Streptomyces griseolus var. hangzhouensis n. var. Yan et Fang 1978.
