作者簡介

何家弘，美國西北大學法學博士（SJD），中國人民大學法學院教授、博士研究生導師（證據學、偵查學方向）、證據學研究所所長；曾應邀在香港城市大學法學院擔任客座教授，在法國艾克斯-馬賽大學法學院做訪問學者，在我國台灣地區東吳大學法學院講授“刑事證據法”，並在最高人民檢察院（掛職）擔任瀆職侵權檢察廳副廳長；1999年入選北京市“優秀中青年法學家”，2003年被國家授予“留學回國人員成就獎”，2004年獲得“寶鋼優秀教師獎”，2005年被評為“中國人民大學十大教學標兵”；業餘時間從事文學創作，為中國作家協會會員，已出版小說五部，其中四部被譯成法文、一部被譯成義大利文出版，第一部英文版小說也即將問世，並有一部小說於2007年被英國《衛報》推薦為“亞洲十大犯罪（推理）小說”；熱衷於法學普及工作，主編《法學家茶座》，曾經在中央電視台“社會與法”頻道（第12頻道）擔任“周末論法”節目的“嘉賓主持人”；代表著作為《何家弘作品集·法學文萃系列》五種：《從應然到實然——證據法學探究》、《從相似到同一——犯罪偵查研究》、《從它山到本土——刑事司法考究》、《從觀察到思考——外國要案評析》、《從通俗到深奧——法治文化雜論》，《何家弘作品集·犯罪懸疑小說系列》五種：《人生情淵——雙血型人》、《人生黑洞——股市幕後的罪惡》、《人生誤區——龍眼石之謎》、《人生怪圈——神秘的古畫》、《人生狹路——黑蝙蝠·白蝙蝠》。
