江全元,男,籍貫湖北省黃岡市,博士、原浙江大學城市學院副院長、浙江大學電氣工程學院教授,博士生導師,浙江省重點實驗室(海洋可再生能源電氣裝備與系統技術研究實驗室)副主任,現任浙江大學電力系統自動化研究所副所長、浙江大學工會青工委員、中國電工技術學會電力系統控制與保護專業委員會委員;浙江省傑出青年基金創新團隊項目負責人;教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”入選者;“浙江大學學術帶頭人後備人才出國研究專項計畫”(簡稱“新星計畫”)首批資助者,2006年7月至2008年6月為美國康奈爾大學訪問學者。

人物經歷
1997年6月、2000年6月、2003年6月分別獲得華中科技大學學士、碩士和博士學位,2003年7月進入浙江大學任教,2005年12月晉升副教授,2009年12月晉升教授。
長期從事電力系統分析與控制,電力系統最佳化技術等領域的研究工作,先後作為課題負責人承擔多項國家、省部級和橫向項目:1個國家863項目、2個國家自然科學基金、3個國家科技支撐計畫課題、7個省部級項目,3個橫向課題。此外,作為科研骨幹參與國家973課題2個,國家自然科學基金2個,省部級重大項目2個,具有豐富的項目申報、項目組織和項目研究的經驗。
從教以來,指導浙江大學竺可楨學院本科生7名,指導本科生畢業設計40餘名,碩士生16名,協助指導過博士生10餘名、碩士生近20名,有著豐富的指導學生從事高水平科學研究的經驗。其中:1人獲得浙江大學百篇優秀本科生畢業設計論文,4人獲得浙江大學優秀畢業設計論文獎,指導的本科生在EI檢索雜誌《電力系統自動化》上發表論文1篇,並順利保送浙大直博生;指導的本科生項目《基於PC集群的分散式微網能量管理系統的研製》獲得浙江大學2008年國家大學生創新性實驗計畫資助,其中1人報送清華大學研究生,1人保送浙大直博生。所承擔的研究生學位課《電力系統運行分析》獲得浙江大學研究生核心課程建設計畫資助。
在IEEE Trans、IEE、中國科學、中國電機工程學報、電工技術學報、電力系統自動化等國內外學術期刊上發表學術論文80餘篇(其中SCI收錄20餘篇、EI收錄40餘篇);2004年博士學位論文“電力系統次同步振盪的穩定性分析和控制器設計”獲湖北省優秀博士論文;2005年“複雜電力系統的穩定控制與智慧型最佳化理論與方法的研究”獲教育部自然科學獎一等獎;2006年“電力系統的穩定與經濟運行的理論與方法研究”獲浙江省高等學校科研成果獎一等獎;2007年“複雜非線性電力系統的穩定控制與智慧型最佳化理論與方法的研究”獲國家自然科學獎二等獎。2008年“電力信息集成中的若干關鍵技術研究與開發”獲高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎(科學技術)科技進步一等獎。此外,還獲得2004年度和2008年度浙江大學電氣工程學院南瑞繼保獎教金、2007年度和2009年度浙江大學電氣工程學院王國松獎教金、2008年度浙江大學青年崗位能手、2009年度浙江大學電氣工程學院科研先進工作者和青年教師講課比賽三等獎等榮譽。

從2000年至今,發表學術論文150餘篇,其中SCI檢索論文50餘篇,EI檢索論文90餘篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者在國際權威期刊IEEE Transactions on Power Systems上發表(含接收)論文21篇、IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion論文1篇、IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid論文3篇。SCI論文SCI引用302次,他引275次,單篇最高他引57次;中文論文在中國知網(CNKI)上單篇最高引用130次。獲得授權發明專利17項,合作出版著作2本。長期從事電力系統分析與控制,電力系統最佳化技術、新能源併網與儲能套用技術等領域的研究工作,先後作為課題負責人承擔國家自然科學基金、國家973、863課題、國家科技支撐計畫課題、國家電網公司、南方電網公司等國家和企業橫向項目30餘項。工作以來,所獲得的主要榮譽和獎勵有:
