評價
沙寶亮的上張專輯《愛上一條魚》中，曾經有人這樣評價，那是一張關於自由的專輯，是關於自由的歌曲，把自由在音樂中無限釋放，就如同沙寶亮本身是個熱愛自由的人。但是那種自由之中卻好像總是欠缺些什麼，只是自由而已，就好比魚可以自由的翱翔在海底，但是那片天地卻是不能脫離水而無邊漫遊的。
一直以為沙寶的優勢並不在於這樣短線條的、快節奏的歌曲，他的聲線低沉而優雅，那些楚楚動人的情歌如同私語般的呢喃才是他的風情，即便是《暗香》的渾厚大氣，終究還透露著一些憂鬱，好像是空氣中隱隱淡淡的花香。然而《More&More&More》卻打破了這種局限的自由，激揚的音樂，給人一種不斷飛升的感覺，比多更多。
他用這首歌再一次證明了自己的實力，好似迪廳中五顏六色的燈光不斷閃爍氣氛的前奏，迷亂的氣氛中，突然響起一個震撼全場的聲音，在一片嘈雜中吸引了所有人的目光和耳朵，在這樣一個令人感覺無限曖昧的場所，開始說一個關於愛情的真實境遇，愛更多更多，怕彼此囉嗦。但是關於愛情之後的種種，是不是也可能如同這首歌的迷亂氛圍一樣，我不知道結果如何，於是不停的承諾，將愛的更多。這並不是一首關於愛情的歌曲，儘管言辭間提到愛情，提到愛更多，但是通篇聽來，釋放的是內心的一種力量或者壓抑，嚮往自由飛翔感覺不斷飛揚，在耳邊不斷的承諾中，在音樂的不斷地層層推涌中，心飛到最高點，一時間懸空漂浮，片刻間竟然不曾墜落。
沙的聲音一直被歌迷稱為完美，而《More&More&More》中，他再一次將這種完美淋漓發揮，他將中音的渾厚與高音的激韌自由的集合在一首歌而能不帶絲毫痕跡的完美轉換，即使不斷衝擊的節奏，也沒有能將他的聲音刻劃出任何的參差不齊，反而更突顯了渾然的質感，令人嘆服。正如歌名《比多更多》，《More&More&More》的節奏與情調中，更多的是唯美與大氣。
