近年來,主要針對農業與食品領域的轉基因生物和食品安全評估和檢測開展相關研究工作,如基於系統生物學手段的轉基因生物非預期效應評價、分子特徵分析、轉基因生物標準物質研製、基於核酸和蛋白質水平的食品中有毒有害物質分析新技術、轉基因生物安全資料庫開發、轉基因生物與食品安全檢測國家國際標準制定等。先後主持完成國際和上海市科研項目10 餘項。在農業與食品安全領域SCI 收錄的權威期刊發表多驗牛研究論文40 余篇,其中第一作者和通訊作者SCI 論文35 篇,主要期刊如Anal Chem、J Agric Food Chem、BMC Mol Biol、BMC Bioinformatics、Transgenic Res、Food Chem、J AOAC Int 等;申報國家專利7 項,其船射騙拘中獲授權3 項;制定轉基因生物安全檢測方法國家標準20 餘項;作為主要研究人員的研究成果《主要轉基因農產品定性定量檢測技術研究》獲2004 年上海市科學技術進步一等獎。
研究方向
自2002年以來,主要從事轉基因生物檢測、安全評價和核酸分子檢測技術方面的研究和我國轉基因產品檢測國家標準制定等工作,承擔勸備謎櫃和參加國家863計畫、國家自然基金、臘腳鍵國家973計畫子課題和上海市國際合作等課題10餘項,主要有:
(1) 國家自然科學基金委青年科學基金項目《轉基因抗蟲水稻非預期效應系統生物學評價技術研究》;
(2)國家863計畫專項課題《4種動物外來疫病通用探針定量 PCR 檢測技術研究及套用驗組台》;
(3)973子課題《外源基盼霉龍因引發非預期效應的分子基礎》;
(4)上海精喇市國際科技合作基金項目《轉基因水稻檢測技術研究及內標準基因協同驗證》;
上海市標準技術專項2項。
