楊海嬌，女，博士，講師。1985年12月出生，河北邯鄲人。2008年6月畢業於河北農業大學森林資源保護專業；2013年6月畢業於西南林業大學林木遺傳育種專業，獲得農學碩士學位；2018年6月畢業於北京林業大學林木遺傳育種專業，獲得農學博士學位。2018 年 9 月在河北工程大學園林與生態工程學院任教。
