研究方向
本課題組以有機化學為基礎,設計合成具有特殊功能的
螢光染料,並進一步開展藥學相關研究,具體包括藥化、藥理、藥劑、藥物
化學生物學等方面的研究。
學術成果
通過三年或五年的培養,學生在分子設計(物理有機化學)、化學合成、光譜測試分析(紫外可見吸收光譜、穩態與瞬態螢光光譜)、生物顯微成像(單光子/雙光子共聚焦顯微成像、PALM/STORM/STED/SIM等各類超分辨成像技術)、藥物化學生物學(活性分子控制釋放、生物螢光標記、藥物先導化合物發現)等方面有較好的積累。
研究工作獲得基金委、市科委、市教委等單位的資助,成果發表在JACS(4篇)、Angew、PNAS、Anal. Chem.(5篇)、Org. Lett.、Chem. Comm.、J. Org. Chem.等本領域高影響期刊。
