梁中華,男,1974年9月生,廣西柳州市鹿寨縣人,博士,長安大學信息工程學院教授。美國電氣與電子工程師協會高級會員(IEEE Senior Member)、克羅地亞科學基金網路評議專家。長期擔任《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》、《IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications》、《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》等國際期刊的論文評審人、IEEE WCNC和IEEE VTC等國際學術會議技術委員會(TPC)成員。
