1979年—1983年,
北京大學生物學系本科生,獲理學學士後留北京大學生物學系工作(其間:1993年—1997年赴
瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學神經化學與神經毒理系在職攻讀博士研究生);
2007年,任
北京大學生命科學學院(原生物學系)教授,從事腦缺血損傷過程中神經元鈣穩態調控、神經元與膠質細胞相互作用機制等研究;
2003年—2008年,任北京大學生命科學學院黨委副書記;
2008年07月—2016年03月,任北京大疊員學生命科學學院黨委書記;
2017年01月,任北京大學黨委組織部部長;
2017年12月,任
北京大學黨委常委尋組墓、黨委組織部部長;

科研領域描述
腦損傷和修復過程中神經元鈣穩態的調控機制。神經元和
膠質細胞低氧損傷或適應的細胞機制。
細胞因子及其信號轉導途徑在體溫調節中的作用。
缺血性腦卒中是危害盛嬸旋人類生命健康的重大疾病。在全腦缺血或局部缺血的核心糊兵愚區,胞外谷氨酸濃度可達到100-300mM。谷氨酸的積累造成
谷氨酸受體的過度激活,胞內鈣離子超載,並引發神經元的凋亡及壞死。本實驗室的興趣在於利用電生理學和雷射共聚焦成像技術、結合分子生物學等實驗方法,研究腦缺血損傷過程中神經元鈣穩態的調控機制、神經元與膠質細胞射符催相互作用機制。另一方面,因冬眠動物
達烏爾黃鼠具有耐受低溫和低氧環境的特性,以及近期我們證實黃鼠能夠一定程度抵抗心臟停跳導致的腦缺乃鑽戰烏血損傷,本實驗室希望從神經元及膠質細胞入手深入研究其缺血耐受的神經機制。
