主持課題

1.國家自然科學基金面上項目,從“腸道菌-琥珀酸-GPR91”軸研究紅檧木抗RA機制及藥效物質基礎,82174108,2022.1-2025.12,主持。
2.安徽省自然科學基金面上項目,基於非靶向代謝組學探討裂木脂素 Peperomins E 對前列腺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型代謝的干預,1808085MH248,2018.7-2021.6,主持。
3.安徽省高校自然科學基金重點項目:硬毛草胡椒誘導人前列腺癌PC-3細胞凋亡和周期阻滯活性成分和作用機制研究,KJ2015A132,2015.1-2016.12,主持.

主要成就

近年來開展內源性代謝相關研究,如採用代謝組學技術研究了兩種中藥複方(清熱解毒方和涼血活血方)對膿毒症大鼠模型的代謝干預,其成果“An NMR metabolomics investigation of perturbations following treatment withChinese Herbal Medicine Formula in an experimental model of sepsis”在 OMICS: A Journal of IntegrativeBiology 雜誌發表。2018 年獲批一項安徽省自然科學基金面上項目“基於非靶向代謝組學探討裂木脂素 Peperomins E 對前列腺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型代謝的干預”(1808085MH 248)。
在中藥活性成分研究領域,近年來採用體內、體外模型,利用流式細胞術、western blot等技術對草胡椒屬藥用植物中的小分子次生代謝物 Peperomins E 抗腫瘤活性進行研究,發現其具有潛在的抗前列腺癌活性,其研究成果在老牌植物藥雜誌Planta Medica發表。此外,還對其他多種藥用植物,如豆瓣綠、刮金板、紅芪、祁白朮、紅楤木、Ajiga multiflora peperomia cavaleriei 等次生代謝成分進行結構鑑定,發現了多個結構新穎的化合物,如豆瓣綠中的環丁烷型降木脂素(Two New Norlignans and A New Lignanamide from Peperomia tetraphylla. Chemistry & Biodiversity, 2012, 9(4):769-776),祁白朮中的雙白朮內酯(New bisesquiterpenoid lactone from the wild rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz grown in Qimen. Natural Product Research, 2017, 31(20): 2381-2386)。在此基礎上,對上述結構較為新穎的成分進一步進行活性及作用機制研究,相關成果在國內外相關雜誌,如:Journal of Ethnopharmacology, Journal of Pharmacological SciencesMed OncolNatural Product ResearchChemistry & BiodiversityHelvetica Chimica Acta《中國中藥雜誌》,《中國藥學雜誌》,《中草藥》等藥學雜誌均有發表,熟悉中藥活性成分及分子機制研究方法。
