人物經歷
1999年於德國海德堡大學獲得博士學位,1999-2004年先後在德國國家癌症研究中心、哈佛大學醫學院從事遺傳與發育生物學專業博士後訓練與研究。現為美國遺傳學會、美國發育生物學學會會員、中國細胞生物學學會第九、十屆理事會理事(2007-2015)、中國細胞生物學學報第一屆編委(2010-2014)、《Cell Research》、《Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry》等SCI期刊審稿人。
研究方向
以
果蠅為模式生物體,研究相關發育過程的遺傳控制以及表觀遺傳調節機理。實驗室目前在下列兩個研究領域開展工作:
1.幹細胞及相關細胞譜系發育的調控:研究性腺發育與卵子發生中,生殖幹細胞、成體幹細胞及兩大細胞譜系-生殖細胞和濾泡細胞的發育調控機理,涉及幹細胞的自我更新/分化、幹細胞與微環境的相互作用,濾泡上皮組織的體軸模式建成/形態發生等。致力於發現和鑑定重要功能基因、表觀遺傳調控因子等。
2.JNK信號通路及其調控:篩選JNK信號通路新的調節因子/效應分子,並功能性鑑定該調節作用在相關發育過程中的意義。
