朱師達

朱師達,現任深圳華大基因股份有限公司副總經理,研發中心總監兼腫瘤事業部總經理。2010年加入華大集團,曾擔任深圳華大生命科學研究院執行副院長,深圳第七屆人大代表,深圳國家基因庫專家,深圳市創新分子診療工程實驗室負責人,深圳市基因產學研資聯盟專家組成員,中國抗癌協會腫瘤標誌專業委員會青年委員,中國抗癌協會腫瘤防治科普專業委員會青委會副主任委員,中國抗癌協會腫瘤防治科普專業委員會企業合作協作組副組長。已發表SCI論文34篇,申請專利25項,參與編寫專著2部。北大元培實驗班生物科學專業背景,香港中文大學基因組學與生物信息學理學碩士。

人物事跡

在深圳華大生命科學研究院任職期間,朱師達作為中國---丹麥乳腺癌研究中心中方項目執行負責人和國際癌症基因組聯盟(ICGC)中國項目組負責人,參與或組織多項國內外基礎科研及套用開發大型合作項目,是863項目、973項目和國自然基金及國家重點研發專項等多個項目的核心成員;在肺癌多組學數據構建中國患者群體遺傳特徵,遺傳性腫瘤家系及高危人群研究,多組學數據套用於癌症早期檢測的技術開發,基於基因組學技術的癌症個體化治療等方面具有豐富的研究經驗和成果。朱師達帶領研究院精準健康研究團隊,基於國產自主高通量測序平台BGISEQ系列測序儀,在出生缺陷、癌症、病原感染等方面開展具有國際先進水平的轉化套用研究和技術原型開發,建立7個國家及地方技術標準,對高通量測序技術的臨床套用現狀和發展趨勢有深刻理解。
2016年起,朱師達作為項目負責人,領導基於國產自主基因測序平台的肺癌EGFR/KRAS/ALK---基因檢測試劑盒和配套軟體的開發、多中心臨床實驗、及醫療器械許可的註冊申報等關鍵步驟執行及審評發補相關工作。試劑盒和配套軟體已獲得國家藥品監督管理局的醫療器械許可,是國內首個獲得上市許可的基於國產自主基因測序平台的腫瘤基因檢測產品,打破國外技術壟斷局面。
2020年1月26日,朱師達趕赴武漢抗疫一線,任華大新冠肺炎疫情防控武漢前線指揮負責人。組織團隊生產核酸試劑盒。在武漢市委、市政府和東湖高新區的全力支持下,組織華大團隊與合作方高效協同,僅用5天時間火速建成高通量自動化新型核酸檢測實驗室——武漢“火眼”實驗室。
2020年3月,朱師達作為國際“火眼”科技指揮部成員和國內“火眼實驗室”總指揮,進行海外“火眼”實驗室能力建設、產品方案與資質申報的協同工作及國內“火眼實驗室”整體統籌工作,將“火眼”模式從武漢複製到全球。隨後,“火眼”實驗室作為重要抗疫力量在北京、哈爾濱、深圳、香港、石家莊、南京等地參與大規模核酸檢測工作。“火眼”實驗室已在全球30多個國家和地區的投用總量超過80座,以先進科技和工程化模式提高各地核酸檢測能力,助力疫情防控。2020年9月,朱師達獲“全國抗擊新冠肺炎疫情先進個人”表彰。
2021年4月,朱師達受邀參與“第五屆未來醫療100強大會”腫瘤早篩論壇。現場,朱師達發表《腫瘤早篩的技術發展和創新方向》主題演講,就腫瘤早篩技術的發展與走向進行了深度闡述,並在圓桌會議上與各參會企業進行交流共享,共話醫健產業新變化。
