生物大分子複合物(如膜蛋白、病毒關鍵蛋白)的結構和功能。運用低溫冷凍電鏡、病毒學等技術方法,研究生物大分子複合物(如呼吸鏈複合物、新冠病毒S蛋白)的結構和功能,從而闡釋它們發揮生理功能的分子機制
