劇情介紹
本片講述的仍然是萬聖節前夕，Michael Myers在逃脫Loomis（Donald Pleasence飾）醫生的控制後重獲自由。為此，整個警察局全力通緝Myers。Myers一直視Laurie Strode（Jamie Lee Curtis飾）為自己的下一個犧牲品。由於在上集中受Myers的過度驚嚇，Laurie住進Haddonfield醫院接受治療。只有Loomis醫生和警長Brackett（他的女兒被Myers謀殺）意識到了Myers在鎮上的存在這一事實，另有一人也在不知不覺中感到Myers正在逼進Laurie。當Myers追到Haddonfield醫院時，他幾乎殺死了全部醫護人員。與此同時，在Loomis準備把Myers用作試驗對象的計畫參與者之一Marion Chambers遇到了Loomis，Marion告訴他Myers為何對Laurie窮追不捨的原因：原來Myers是Laurie的哥哥。Loomis擊敗了欲把他送回史密斯樹林的高級官員，奔赴Haddonfield醫院，希望能及時阻止Myers的殺戮。
