曹軍威，男，博士。現任清華大學信息技術研究院研究員、院務委員會副主任，清華信息科學與技術國家實驗室公共平台與技術部主任，江蘇省（張家港）智慧型電力產業技術研究院副院長。2008年度教育部新世紀優秀人才。

研究方向

長期致力於先進計算技術與套用研究。從事雲計算、物聯網、智慧型電網等方面的基礎研究、成果轉化和產業合作，致力於總結其中的一般規律，開發共性關鍵技術，並在教育、製造、電力、石化等行業獲得套用。

負責或參加10餘項國家科技部973、863計畫、教育部、自然科學基金和橫向研究項目。

基礎架構學：探尋不同基礎架構的通用共有規律，尋求以物聯網為代表的新一輪基礎架構化進程提供理論依據、方法指導和具體實現

分散式計算與網路：大規模分散式計算的資源規劃、工作負荷管理、性能評估

智慧型電網與能源網際網路：以信息為中心的新型能源基礎設施架構
